The amount of your APL is to be calculated on the amount of the gross rent of the walls (loyers murs moyens d’un studio est de 236€). You will complete and print the housing assistance request directly on the internet upon your arrival at the residence. All requests are then processed by us.
Housing Aid is received by the Residence and deducted from your rent from the second month of rental.

Pour un studio, un dépôt de garantie de 300€, vous sera demandé à la signature du contrat. Il sera encaissé et restitué dans les 30 jours après votre départ.
Des frais de dossier d’un montant de 15€ sont demandés pour couvrir les frais administratifs de la Résidence. Ils sont payables en ligne en validant l’envoi de votre demande de logement.
Attention : En cas d’échec de paiement votre demande ne nous parviendra pas.
DEPART
Les départs se font après avoir déposé un préavis 30 jours avant le jour du départ. (un mail est accepté.)
ARRIVEE
Horaires d’ouverture de l’accueil :
Du lundi au vendredi : le matin de 8h30 à 12h30, l’après-midi de 13h30 à 20h30.
Le samedi : fermé toute la journée
Sunday : Arrivée possible uniquement sur rendez-vous.
- Pour la sécurité de tous nos locataires, les accès sont sous télésurveillance 24h /24h.
- Chaque nuit, des rondes sont effectuées par une société de surveillance, le weekend deux rondes supplémentaires sont assurées en journée.
- Un gardien loge également sur place.
- Pour accéder à la résidence vous disposerez d’un badge individuel personnalisé.
